The 2nd Monday had been cancelled because of a Nor’Easter that brought rain to the area and a wicked migraine to Magistra Alys Mackyntoich. The cancelled heraldry class will be taught some time in the coming year. The last 4th Thursday for this year will be tomorrow, since next month’s will be Thanksgiving, and the month’s after that will be Christmas. Feel free to come by with your projects if you wish, or just converse in quiet company.

Next Month’s Arts & Sciences Doings in the Area

The Shire’s 100 Minutes War comes apace. This year’s theme for the Arts & Sciences display is “Waning Sun, Waxing Moon.” Bring your creative endeavors to show off the duality of light and dark, for one cannot exist without the other. This is a display, not a contest, and there will be a small token gift to entrants by way of thanks.

The Shire now has an Arts & Sciences deputy: our inventive and creative Noble Valentine Ambrose! If you have seen this gentle’s display last year and at the Kingdom Arts & Sciences even earlier this year, you will know why the next generation will be in good hands! Vivat!
