The Sixty-first year of the Society has been celebrated. Now that the weather is (mostly) milder, thoughts turn to preparations for those going to Pennsic, or the respective regional warcamps, and other such events martial and otherwise.

Where “otherwise” is concerned, East Kingdom Novice Day comes apace on July 18, 2026. Having learned from the last three years, the Fourth M. Isabeau d’Orleans Novice Artisans Prize will now have a form to be filled showing how much room such an entry will take up. This will give an idea of how may tables will be needed. The link for this form is right here. Please respond to this link by no later that July 10, 2026.

The first Arts & Sciences May gathering will be a free project day on 05/11/2026, but I will be very carefully filling out the name on the winning scroll from the prior year. The table here is long enough for others to bring their own projects.
